Coach and record audition cuts for your reel at a professional film studio! Get a glimpse of what the videos look and sound like below:

From Studio to Stage takes it to a film studio!

Coach and film two song cuts for your vocal reel!

Singers will each coach two song cuts (or one full song) with Vocal Technician Natalie Wilson and a Broadway pianist/MD Bruce De La Cruz, and then have them filmed by cinematographer Tyler Milliron with Milliron studio’s state-of-the-art cameras and mics. Your voice will be professionally mixed with the live piano on the spot for perfect balance.

About the Coaches

What do I get?

The workshop will start with a group vocal warmup, followed by individual coaching sessions to fine-tune your vocal, acting, and musical choices before filming your songs. Bring a thumb-drive and walk away with your slick new videos the same day! 


As an added bonus to help you with your future self-tapes, Tyler will also share tips and tricks for how to optimize your home set-up.

Voice Teacher/Writer Natalie Wilson

Natalie has been teaching voice and music for over 30 years. Her voice students perform on Broadway, Off-Broadway, on national tours, and with regional theaters across the country. A former opera singer herself, Natalie melds traditional bel canto technique with modern voice science to help her singing students meet the demands of a professional musical theater career without strain or fatigue. In addition to her private studio, she is on faculty at Circle in the Square Theater School where she teaches vocal technique and music theory, and is the Program Director for the CITSTS Emerging Writers Residency. 


Natalie holds a Masters Degree in Voice Performance and Pedagogy, and her performing career included such varied roles as the title role in Carmen, Sesto in La Clemenza di Tito, and Desiree in A Little Night Music. Also now a writer for both stage and screen, Natalie knows the performing arts business from many sides.

Pianist/MD Bruce De La Cruz

Bruce is a music director, pianist, arranger, orchestrator, and copyist in the NY/NJ area. Bruce was most recently a rehearsal pianist for Sweeney Todd on Broadway and a keys 2 sub at MJ: The Musical. Before that he was also a rehearsal pianist for Waitress and Ain’t Too Proud on Broadway. He is a staff accompanist at Montclair State University and at NYU. Select Credits: Paper Mill Play House: New Voices Summer Conservatory(MD for Jr./JP sections), The Lonely Few (Music Assistant), A Crossing (AMD; Barrington Stage Company). Bruce received his Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance with an emphasis in Pedagogy from Kean University. He is a proud member of AFM Local 802.

Cinematographer Tyler Milliron

Cinematographer Tyler Milliron

Tyler is a Telly Award winning cinematographer with more than a dozen musical feature length and short films across multiple streaming platforms - most recently "1660 Vine" on Prime Video. 


Raised in an alt-culture artistic environment, Tyler learned commerce through a creative lens, and creativity through a commercial one. Merging education with real world experience and following a path including painting, film scoring, opera, sculpture, art glass, cinematography and photography, Tyler united his disparate interests and founded his company: Milliron Studios. Milliron Studios is built around Blackmagic Cinema Cameras, and features Premium Cinema Lenses, professional lighting, and studio quality audio.
